Massage Therapy

Nearly every culture in history has used some type of massage therapy. Massage can help relax your muscles, work on your tissues, and realign your body. It is used to treat headaches, help sore backs, soothe aches and pains, and help you experience relaxation.

I have over 20 years of experience in a variety of different types of massage. The most common types of massage I perform are Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, shiatsu, and gua sha. 

If you aren't sure which type of massage you'd like, that's ok too. Based on your free consultation and conversations about your needs, I can use what I know to accomplish what needs to be accomplished.
